What should you expect during a boiler service?
Tightness test on the installation
Gas Pipework inspection
Visual inspection of boiler casing and casing seals where applicable
Cleaning of the Condensate Trap
Removal of Combustion panel to carry out maintenance and inspection of burner
Clean spark electrode and flame rectification probe
Clean burner
Oil Fan
Clean inside combustion chamber
Ensure no restrictions in the flue
Visual inspection of flue integrity
Check Burner Pressure of the appliance (to ensure an efficient burn of gas)
Flue Gas Analyser Reading of flue gases to ensure an efficient burn
